The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too! The owner was very nice and always very quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

​​Great experience​
This was our first time renting a house. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. The house is perfectly located: very close to Epcot and Disneyland, 30 minutes to Universal, hour to atlantic ocean and 2 hours from the gulf. There were tons of dishes and towels. The house was just great. The pool was a great size, paved walking trip out the backdoor and a safe neighbor. We will be going back again. For reference we are a family of seven people and we all fit in the house comfortably. Just a Great Experience.

Relax and enjoy your holiday/vacation from this great home base.
From the moment we arrived we were very happy. All the info required had been passed in good time and worked like a charm. House is large and very comfortable with all the appliances required to minimise the housework require for a 2 week stay. Internet was fast which helped with all the Skype calls that were being made every day. The pool was fine for the kids to splash about at the end of the day. You will need a car, but you will need a car where ever you stay in Kissimmee/Orlando, driving here is a breeze, local transport, few and far, will just slow you down too much.
All in all we were very happy with our holiday home and would recommend to family and friends.​

Excellent
We spent 10 days in this spacious 5 bedroom house with a great swimming pool and BBQ area to relax in the sun, the kids loved the themed mickey mouse rooms while our Master suite was bigger than most hotel rooms. Ideal location near to Walmart and only 15-20 minutes drive to all the Theme parks. Would recomemed to all families looking for a holiday home that suits all needs and with a great view of the lake by the pool where it was also great to go fishing. Would of loved to stay longer we have never had a holiday where not only did the great time we had in Orlando want us to come back next year but the great accomation itself wants us to book again.

The home was clean and provided everything that was needed in order for our families to enjoy Disney for 4 days. Dishes were clean and plentiful, there was entertainment as well as computer access. ​​​​

Great Location, Great Value and Great Home.
This villa is the best villa we have stayed in whilst visiting the Orlando area! We have been visiting this area for the past 20 years and always try to stay at this villa if possible. Its two storey construction means that two families can easily fit without tripping over each others toes. We have even stayed in just as a family of four as it is reasonably priced.
Its great location means you can sit back and relax in peace and quiet with great views over the lake whilst only being a 10 minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee and 20 mins from the multitude of theme Parks around the Orlando area.
Save hours of trawling through hundreds of other villas and book this one!

The house was fantastic. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi was refresing after a long day at the parkes. The location is great. The pond was great for fishing.​

​Feels like a home away from home. Excellent location.​
We are very frequent guests of this wonderful villa. This truly is a home away from home for our family, as we have been returning "home" almost annually since 2004. The villa has a perfect layout with many amenities. I challenge you to find a better located villa on all the property, as the view of the lake with fountain is beautiful and serene. The pool area is secluded and large. Many a breakfast has been enjoyed poolside and many, many nights have been spent relaxing, floating and enjoying a nice glass of wine. The property owners are extremely kind and attentive, so much so that we consider them friends. Our family, and extended family, would recommend this villa without question. We are already planning and looking forward to our visit this October, 2012.

Have stayed at this home on several occasions since 2006, beautiful home and surroundings...would highly recommend to all, espeically to those with families. Close to Disney and all outlet shopping, owners were amazing to deal with, on site maintenance if needed. Really felt at home whenever we stayed here!
